关于沙特阿拉伯最新的清关规定_公司公告_-

接香港DHL通知，即日起，沙特阿拉伯海关实行下述最新的进口清关规定，参阅如下：

1	SASO证书 (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) Conformity Certificate	发货人必须于寄件地办理SASO证书，SASO证书必须随货物寄运出口	• Mobile phones sets移动电话设备

			• Lap tops, PCs, Computer Monitors, I-Pads手提电脑、电脑、电脑显示器、平板电脑
			• Auto Spare Parts汽车零部件
			• Electrical Appliances (ACs, Refrigerators, Heaters, TVs, VCRs etc).日用电器（ACS，冰箱，加热器，电视，录像机等）
			• Electrical Sets (Circuit Breakers, Electrical Switches, Transformers etc.).电气设备（断路器，电器开关，变压器等）
			• Cosmetics products化妆品产品
2	原产地国家信息标识	发货人	每个产品上必须标识有产地国家信息（例如“Made in China”），产地标识必须烙印在产品上，不接受可移除的产地标签。当地海关不接受产地国家信息标识在货物的外包装上。
3	沙特食品和药品管理部门（SFDA）的进口许可证	收件人必须已经在当地办理并取得SFDA进口许可证	• Reagents and Diagnostics试剂和诊断用品
			• Medications and Pharmaceuticals药物和制药
			• Laboratory Chemicals and Solutions实验室化学品及其相关和溶液剂
4	沙特通信和信息技术委员会（CITC）的进口许可证	收件人必须已经在当地办理并取得CITC进口许可证	• All Wireless Telecommunication equipment.所有的无线通信设备
			• Wireless Computer and Networking sets无线网络和计算机设备
			• GPS equipment GPS设备
			• Satellite Communication equipment 卫星通信设备
5	进口公司的商业登记证书	收件人需提供进口公司的商业登记证书，发货人必须于随货出口的发票上注明收件公司的商业登记号码。	如寄运出口货件，收件者为公司且货物的申报价值超过100USD
6	公共安全部门（PUBLIC SECURITY PERMIT）的进口许可证	收件人必须已经在当地办理并取得此证书	•CCTV闭路电视
			•Camera摄像机、照相机
7	正本原产地证明	发货人随货需提供正本原产地证明	如寄运的货物申报价值超过10000SAR（约2667USD）注： SAR为沙特当地币种，美元兑换以最新国际汇率换算为准！
8	当地信息部门（MOI）的进口许可证	收件人必须已经在当地办理并取得MOI进口许可证	•Magazines杂志
			•Books书籍
			•Compact discs – music or data files光盘（包括音乐或数据类光盘）
			•Computer games 电脑游戏产品
			•DVD’s DVD产品
			•Photographic media摄像媒体产品
			•Cards containing electronic information – e.g. satellite TV cards, ID cards, Maps用于存储电子信息的记忆卡，例如：卫星电视卡、ID卡、地图等
9	工商业部门（MOCI）的进口许可证	收件人必须已经在当地办理并取得MOCI进口许可证	•Chemicals, including Dangerous Goods化学药品
			•Ink products 墨水产品
			•Toners 碳粉
10	禁止寄运物品		•contains military accessories 军事用品
			•fake items 仿牌类产品
			•Prohibited item stated in ISDX 速递禁止寄运的物品

以上事宜，请各客户知悉并转告发货人，发货人寄运货物到沙特阿拉伯前，必须预先通知收件人查询当地海关，相关进口货物的限制和规定，以确保收件人具备清关能力和已办理并取得相关进口文件,我司交寄服务商前不予再审核随货资料，如寄运货物或随货资料未能遵从当地海关规定，货件将有可能被当地海关强制退回或销毁，退回或销毁前不另行通知收件人和发货方，产生一切清关延误及费用，均由发货人承担，请知悉，谢谢

2	MADE IN ISSUE	Shipper	The imported goods items (body of the items) need to have made in country phrase on them whether engraved or printed or with irremovable stickers, as customs trying to control trade
3	SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority)	Obtained by the consignee, prior to export	• Reagents and Diagnostics	需注意貨品出口會否有特別限制

5	CR (Commercial Registration) COPY	Obtained by the consignee, prior to export	A copy of the importer’s Company Registration (Commercial Registration) for all imports under a company name over $100 USD. Commercial Registration number should be quoted on the DHL Express waybill in the VAT number field if available at the time of export.
