接香港DHL通知，即日起，所有寄往纳米比亚（Namibian）货物的随货清关资料必须遵从下述规定：
1.随货发票不能是形式发票（Pro-forma Invoices）；
2.随货发票上的申报内容不能是手写，且不接受发票内容有修改痕迹（Handwritten Invoices）；
3.随货发票上申报的币种只接受美金或欧元（USD/EUR）或目的地国家的通行币种；
4.随货发票必须详细申报以下信息：货物制造商的名称和地址、发/收件人资料(地址、人名、联系方式)、真实的货物申报价值，不接受发票注明“此申报价值仅作清关用途”（Value for Customs Purposes Only）等语句，货物品名必须详细申报，不接受将货物品名申报为样品（Samples）或者配件（Spares/parts），随货发票内容必须以英文申报。
请知悉并转告发货人，寄货货物及随资料必须遵从上述规定，我司交寄服务商前不予审核资料的申报，如寄运货物未能遵从上述规定，货件将有可能被当地海关强制退回或销毁，退回或销毁前不另行通知收/发货方，产生一切延误或费用，均由发货人承担。

Situation: Namibian Customs Requirements/Inspection
Customs in Namibia have enforced the requirements for Customs Declarations on Imports to Namibia and have shown the quality of invoices and associated declarations being received from the network to be of substandard levels. All shipments received in Namibia are subject to Inspection by customs. Omissions and Under valuations in declared content attract penalties to recipients, by Customs. The following are prohibited:
• Pro-forma Invoices
• Handwritten Invoices
• Handwritten or other amendments
• ‘Value for Customs Purposes Only’
• Values declared in a currency other than that of Origin Country, Destination Country or Euro/USD
Invoices MUST show:
• Origin of Manufacture of Goods
• Full Shipper and Recipient Addresses
• In English Language Only
• True and realistic declared Values
• Full Description – ‘Samples’ or ‘Spares’ are not acceptable
• All Content must be declared
